When viewing the new English IO List FAT page, this value causes landing/app.js to mark the separate Capabilities link as aria-current="page", leaving the new IO FAT link unselected; the Indonesian counterpart correctly uses data-page="io-fat". Set this page to io-fat as well so visual and assistive-technology navigation state identifies the page users are actually on.

Purpose
Synchronize every public ARSAS product surface with the IO List FAT evidence phase merged in #115, while keeping the current-main versus stable-release boundary explicit.
