glimpse skipand a short init workflow calling shared optimization and skip jobs. Quality and threshold are optional.Workflows follow
@v1; cpx uses^1.8. Stable releases update the major tag automatically.Validation:
composer ci:check(386 tests) and Actionlint passed. Release before adopting the generated workflow.
