Summary
When Claude Code hits the 5-hour session limit (HTTP 429),
pr-reviewused to retry immediately, then fail compile asMODEL_NO_OUTPUT. Authors only saw a red check and an internal code on the sticky status. This round:
review_retrywhen that hit is not retryable. The job still fails. Immediate rerun will fail the same way until the quota resets.
