Summary
Migrate the Konflux builder image from the deprecated Brew registry to the new
registry.redhat.iolocation, and align on Go 1.26.What changed
Why
ART now builds and publishes Go builder images to the Red Hat internal
registry.redhat.io/openshift/golang-builderrepo (ART-14300). Teams consuming builders from Brew or anything Brew-like (brew.registry.redhat.io,registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com, pinnedopenshift-golang-builder-containerNVRs) must switch to the new floating tags. This also aligns the Go version with what
openshift/releaseCI already uses (ubi9-v1.26/ Go 1.26).Notes
registry.redhat.iorepo is entitlement-gated — pulls require a Red Hatregistry.redhat.iologin with the internal entitlementregistry.ci.openshift.org/ocp/builderare unaffectedAI-generated. Review for accuracy.
