Removes the research database feature entirely (unused in clinic). This resolves the assessment's highest-priority privacy risk by deletion: Supabase previously allowed anonymous read/delete on all research submissions that could carry REDCap IDs.

Deleted: research feature folder, Research screen + sidebar entry + /research route, "Save to Research Database" action + confirmation dialog, Supabase client, env vars, migration scripts, @supabase/supabase-js dependency, supabase CSP allowances, vendor chunk.

Unchanged: all clinical workflows (REDCap import, testing, reports, print policy, drafts, PIN). Report outputs are now local print, local copy, and email.

Docs updated: PRODUCT.md, HANDOVER.md (security issue → resolved by removal; delete the Supabase project from its dashboard as follow-up), README, SECURITY.md.

…e feature (Supabase client, research screens/navigation, submission path, migrations, dependency, CSP allowances); resolves the documented anonymous-access security issue by deletion; docs updated to match
