BasicSourceMapConsumer.fromSourceMap(aSourceMap, aSourceMapURL)callednew BasicSourceMapConsumer(aSourceMap.toString())without forwardingaSourceMapURL, so sources were never resolved against the URL. Now forwards the URL to the constructor, matching the documented behavior and the constructor's own handling.
