Nahuel Soria

Software developer building custom SaaS, fintech products and automations, end to end. I take ideas from architecture to production: web apps, dashboards, payment systems and internal tooling for founders and teams. The platforms I built have processed over $20M USD.

Based in Buenos Aires. Working remotely with founders and teams worldwide.

What I do

I build software to a spec and own the whole thing: architecture, backend, frontend, integrations and delivery.

  • Web apps & SaaS: products with auth, data, payments and admin dashboards.
  • Fintech & payments: KYC/KYB onboarding, provider integrations, settlement, multi-currency operations.
  • Automation & internal systems: turning manual processes into reliable tooling.
  • Landing pages & sites that are fast, measurable and built to convert.

My sweet spot is the ambiguous problem that has to run in production and can't be wrong.

Selected projects

Bridgewater Payments (B2B fintech infrastructure)

End-to-end payments platform for business clients. I designed and built the architecture, backend, frontend, integrations and the operational backoffice. Scope: KYC/KYB onboarding, virtual accounts, fiat off-ramps, settlement rules engine, operations console. Role: sole technical owner, from architecture to production.

Condor OTC / Condor Capitals (cross-border payments & exchange)

Payments and exchange platform for international operations. I built the financial provider integrations and the internal tooling the desk runs on every day. Scope: payments, OTC and exchange flows, provider integrations, multi-currency operations. Role: CTO / Technical Lead.

LLM Audit (AI code auditing)

Automated auditing of codebases using orchestrated LLM agents. It turns a manual expert review into a repeatable, prioritized report. Scope: agent orchestration, automated analysis, reporting.

Onda Corta (AI-run tech newsroom, own product)

A Spanish-language tech-news site that runs almost on its own: an editorial AI pipeline selects, writes, fact-checks and publishes, with real guardrails (anti-plagiarism, cross-checking, a quality gate) and self-monitoring automations. Built end to end, live in production. Scope: LLM editorial agent, quality gates, Next.js + Python + PostgreSQL, auto-distribution and watchdogs.

Picaday (photo journaling app, own product)

A daily photographic journal focused on a calm, fast experience. Shipped to production with a strong bar on performance (LCP under 2.5s) and UX. Scope: performance-first frontend, Web Workers, E2E testing.

Numerai (personal finance tracker, own product)

Multi-currency finance tracker with AI expense capture over WhatsApp and payment integrations. Scope: AI categorization, multi-currency, payments.

What I Wish (social wishlist, own product)

App for creating and sharing gift lists, with WhatsApp-driven virality and onboarding in under a minute. Scope: shareable lists, multi-user, mobile-first.

Open source

I publish some of my own tooling and contribute to projects I use:

  • agent-fleet: a tiny, dependency-free framework for running scheduled agents (shell or LLM CLIs) on a single box.
  • prod-playwright-audit: a cross-agent skill (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) that safely audits critical flows of a deployed web app with Playwright, without ever mutating production data.

How I work

I think in systems, leverage and long-term cost. I make the architecture call, then ship fast and iterate with real users. Anything repeatable gets automated, and reliability and compliance are part of the product from day one.

Stack I reach for

TypeScript, React / Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL / Firebase, payment and banking integrations, LLM agents and automation, Vercel / Cloudflare.

I pick tools that will still make sense in five years.

Let's talk

Have a product to build? A SaaS, a dashboard, a payment integration, an automation? I take projects end to end, from idea to production.
