On Fedora, mkisofs is xorriso -as genisofs, which rejects -eltorito-platform=efi when packing the aarch64 ISO. Call `xorriso -as mkisofs` with the original flags (-eltorito-platform efi) so the ISO layout stays compatible with vfkit.
In case it is not installed on the builders by default.

TestNoKubernetes allocated only 5 minutes for 9 serial subtests. On KVM, the preceding 8 subtests took ~293.4s, leaving ~6.6s before the context deadline was reached. The start command was killed by exec.CommandContext (signal: killed), causing the VM to be aborted mid-boot and producing misleading 'connect: no route to host' errors during post-mortem SSH logs. 1. Bump TestNoKubernetes context timeout from 5m to 15m. 2. Add 'if t.Failed()' fast-bail between serial subtests. 3. Unskip StartNoArgs on KVM. Signed-off-by: amanmaurya92 <amanmaurya9209@gmail.com>

Addresses the actionable High-severity findings in #23640: - golang.org/x/crypto v0.55.0 -> v0.56.0 (GO-2026-6354, GO-2026-6355) - github.com/hashicorp/go-getter v1.8.4 -> v1.8.6 (GHSA-92mm-2pjq-r785) google.golang.org/grpc already at v1.83.1 on master (#23615). github.com/docker/docker left at v28.5.2: no fixed upstream release. Remainder of the diff is 'make gomodtidy' fallout (hack/ module sync).
CI: Update gh from 2.98.0 to 2.100.0
mitmdump was hardcoded to port 8080, which can conflict with other services. The HTTP proxy test already used a random port via freeport.GetFreePort(); do the same for mitmproxy. Refactor both startHTTPProxy and startProxyWithCustomCerts to return the proxy address string, making the callers consistent.
Hugo v0.162.0 introduced a security.allowContent policy that blocks text/html content files by default. The minikube site has 138 .html content files (landing page, leaderboards), so any Hugo version bump past v0.162.0 breaks Netlify deploys with: access denied: "text/html" is not whitelisted in policy "security.allowContent" Fix by adding [security] allowContent = ['.*'] to site/config.toml to explicitly allow all content types. This is safe since all content is trusted, hand-authored, and reviewed via PRs. Also add the 'label' key alongside deprecated 'languageName' for Hugo >= 0.158.0 compatibility. Run 'make update-hugo-version' to bump Hugo to the latest stable release. This exercises the allowContent security fix from the previous commit, ensuring Netlify deploys succeed with Hugo >= 0.162.0. Signed-off-by: Rishi Raj <rishiraj438gt@gmail.com>

log.Debugf on line 425 used %d (integer format) for the 'ver' argument, which is of type *github.com/hashicorp/go-version.Version. This is incorrect because %d expects an integer. On some Go versions (e.g. go1.26.0), go vet flags this as a build error, causing 'make gotest' to fail with: log.Debugf format %d has arg ver of wrong type *github.com/hashicorp/go-version.Version Fix by changing the format verb from %d to %s. The Version type implements the Stringer interface, so %s correctly prints the version string. Signed-off-by: Rishi Raj <rishiraj438gt@gmail.com>
