Weekly version updates across five ecosystems (gomod, npm, github-actions, two docker) were maintenance churn on a repository that is otherwise closed, and the six outstanding PRs were majors nobody intended to take (ESLint 10, Node 25 image, @types/node 26). Remove .github/dependabot.yml and close #31-#36 unmerged. Roadmap item B4 is rewritten rather than deleted: version updates are now a settled decision, while Dependabot security alerts and automated security fixes stay an open maintainer call. Those fire on a published advisory rather than on a schedule, so enabling them later would not reintroduce recurring PRs. Action refs stay SHA-pinned and are bumped by hand if this repository is reopened. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
