Summary

Closes #76.

Adds two standalone Python project templates:

• python-enterprise-search: BM25-ranked discovery over finance, inventory and support tools.
• python-code-mode: JavaScript workflows using the existing native QuickJS sandbox.

Changes

• Register both templates in CLI arguments, help and interactive selection.
• Include complete Python/uv configuration, dependency files, environment examples and READMEs.
• Add read-only demonstration tools and a multi-tool JavaScript example.
• Configure execution limits and worker cleanup on shutdown or failed startup.
• Fix validation incorrectly scanning the vendored SDK.
• Fix upgrades corrupting uv source mappings.
• Verify generated projects, installed SDK distributions and real stdio operation.

Based directly on develop, without dependencies on open feature PRs.

Testing

Added 15 feature tests covering generation, validation, upgrade, packaging,
discovery, schemas, real stdio requests, QuickJS execution, timeouts and cleanup.

Final full-suite results:

Platform notes

Actual QuickJS execution was verified on Linux. Windows tests verify the
missing-binding diagnostic; existing skips cover optional QuickJS and symlink support.

Earlier Windows runs encountered intermittent OAuth socket failures that also
reproduced on unchanged develop. The final Windows rerun passed.

Hosted CI will run after opening the PR against develop.

Create 2 different projects using the nitrostack-py cli tool, and choose these newly added templates code-mode for one, and entreprise-search for another.

Once projects are created, run them locally, run them with Nitrostudio, execute tools and 'AI Chat' on those projects

And also use pack command from cli to create .whl of those projects and deploy them to test accounts.
