📚 Description

This PR updates the module to use Nuxt 4.6.1 with future.compatibilityVersion set to 5.

In docs type: "module" has been added to package.json to fix a warning.

In router.ts createError has been moved from h3 to #app and the /200.html prerendered route rule gets added via extendRouteRules.

One of the tests times out due to the tabs component not working, needs more debugging.

Re enabled Vue Options API as the Ionic components are written in it.

Dropped pickerController and IonPickerLegacy as they have been removed in version 9.
