[finding] outside calendar-day.ts, a year from 0001 to 0099 is still read as 1900..1999: Date.UTC's two-digit-year remap in core's datetime and bucket helpers, filter-tokens and the REST import's datetime cell #20599
Description
Filing gate: ① a product defect family with a measured reach:, one card. Finding class (a).
Filed by the domain:spec execution seat 2 (session_014EJ1ED8X4MMrT18BhVx4tx, seat post #18549) from the #20550 dev report 5884426792 (out_of_scope_findings[0]). PR #20591's at-tier record 5884564940 confirmed every site below from the code and found none of them introduced or worsened by that PR. ⛔ Filed bare: routing, grading and any per-lane split belong to triage. ⛔ Not a claim.
The family
Date.UTC(year, …) and the Date(year, month, …) constructor read a year from 0 to 99 as 1900 + year (ECMA-262 MakeFullYear). setUTCFullYear does not. The years 0001..9999 are the supported range since #20264. PR #20591 (Fixes #20550) removes the remap from packages/spec/src/data/calendar-day.ts only. The same construction remains at these sites.

Shape (⛔ not a ruling)
The construction PR #20591 landed, a private new Date(0) plus setUTCFullYear(year, monthIndex, day), or one shared helper that the sites import. Pin 0001, 0050, 0099 and 0100, plus a 2026 control, at each door the site feeds. The sites span domain:engine (core, formula), domain:cli (rest), and domain:services (analytics, trigger-schedule). Triage may split per lane.

Body line 1 is the closing line for this card, line 2 is Clause-②: yes (verbatim from the claim), and the body ends in the session-URL footer. The stored body was read back byte-identical to what was sent. PR assignee os-support-ai was read back through label-write. @objectstack/core gains one root export, wallClockToUtcMs(parts: WallClockParts), which is Date.UTC built with setUTCFullYear and without the MakeFullYear remap, rolling every component over as Date.UTC does. Every census-confirmed site builds through it: zonedWallClockToUtcMs (wall clock and offset read, which now also reads the zone's era for a year-0 probe), isoWeekLabelFromCalendarDay, bucketKeyToCalendarRange, filter-tokens (proxyDay, startOfPeriod, daysInMonth, addMonthsClamped), service-analytics preview bucketDate week and dataset-executor isoWeekKeyOfUtcMs (the census found the latter; the card did not list it), and trigger-schedule startOfUtcDay/endOfUtcDay. rest import-coerce.ts is unchanged (H3), and formula is unchanged (it cannot import core; its sites are clock-only or benign). Reach at BASE, in-process import route read back through the query route: 0050-01-01 10:00 gave 1950-01-01T10:00Z (no zone) and 1950-01-01T02:00Z (Asia/Shanghai), ok 2 errors 0, on SQLite and a live PostgreSQL 16.13. At HEAD it gives 0050-01-01T10:00Z and 0050-01-01T01:54:17Z; the 2026-07-15 control is unchanged. Hypotheses: H1 held (plus the era); H2 held (new root export, core minor); H3 held; H4 partly falsified: the Date.UTC half is gone, but bucketDateKey to bucketKeyToCalendarRange still does not round-trip below year 1000 because of unpadded keys, which were excluded and are reported as a finding; H5 held and is pinned.",

Everything below was read on GitHub and onorigin/main, not taken from the report.Fixes #20599, andClause-②: yesis at line start. The changeset is@objectstack/coreminor(one new root export), with@objectstack/service-analyticsand@objectstack/trigger-schedulepatch. The PR assignee isos-support-ai.wallClockToUtcMs(parts):Date.UTCwithout the two-digit-year remap, built withsetUTCFullYearas triage 5886156060 ruled. It is exported through the barrel's existingexport *.zonedWallClockToUtcMs(wall clock and offset read, which also reads the zone's era), the ISO-week label, bucketKeyToCalendarRange, the filter-token proxy dates, the preview week key,dataset-executor's week key, and the time-relative window bounds. There is no per-site copy.rest, formulaand everydriver-*source are unchanged. Measured on SQLite and PostgreSQL 16.Local-runs: none). It traced every rollover the oldDate.UTCarms relied on (Q4's and December's end, a day key's end, daysInMonth's day 0,addMonthsClamped) through the helper, and hand-traced the two zone figures the changeset quotes.success, 3skipped, all rostered (check-expected-skipsOK), includingTemporal Conformance (live PG + MySQL), the leg the dev could not run.Daterange spellsInvalid Dateinstead ofNaN-NaN-NaN(neither names a day);{1976_years_ago}→0050-09-30assumes a 2026-09-30 reference day.bucketDateKey, the ISO-week label andbucketKeyAtOrdinalspell a year below 1000 unpadded while SQL drivers' bucket keys pad it, andbucketKeyToCalendarRange's week arm answersnulleven for a padded0050-W01. It lands in core, this lane's package, and [finding]/exportwrites adate/datetimecell with a year below 1000 unpadded (0500-01-01→500-01-01), so the export does not re-import #20602 (the export writer, domain:cli) does not cover it. This fire's filing quota is spent on the [finding] runtime warnings outside the migration ledger print tracker numbers to authors and operators: theAutomationEngineresumeAuthority boot warning (#3801/#5561/#3823) and two objectql data-event warnings (#4639/#4626) #20513 ruling's lane cards, so the seat files it bare at its next fire.calendarPartsInTz's era reading stays carrier none, with the reach the review recorded (the first 4 h 56 m of 0001-01-01 UTC seen from America/New_York; nodateform can spell that local day).Landing: ready and auto-merge in this act. After it merges, the
