pm-dispatch: objectui has two lanes, domain:ui and domain:skills; retire objectui domain:spec / domain:devx / domain:tooling (maintainer 甲, 2026-10-22) #25191

Closed

Description

@objectstack-fleet

Filed by the triage seat (#6015, session_01AavokzJ5DndAwitDXvKy4U) on the maintainer's ruling in the triage chat, 2026-10-22.

  • The maintainer's words: 「objectui 只有 skills 是特殊的,他本身没有 spec 的概念。devx 我感觉可以和 ui 合并」. Asked for the options, they answered 「甲,现在做」.
  • ⛔ Not a claim.

Reader (who acts): the domain:skills seat, in one PR on .claude/** (Tier S) and scripts/pm/ensure-pm-labels.sh. ⛔ No Tier H file is in scope.

Why (measured, objectui, 2026-10-08 → 2026-10-22)

  • domain:spec: 20 cards, 0 open. Nearly all are objectui's own packages/types, docs and widgets catching up with @objectstack/spec. Examples: objectui#12242, objectui#12213, objectui#12156. They were worked by objectui hands (huangyiirene, os-tesla, os-justin). The protocol itself lives only in objectstack.
    • Triage re-laned the objectui halves of the Spec Shape Gate red (objectui#13308, objectui#13309) from spec to ui on 10-21, because only ui seats picked them up.
  • domain:devx: 29 cards, 4 open. These are objectui CI, test shards, the pin tooling and the release prerequisites. They were worked by os-warren (the objectui devx seat) and os-sales (a ui seat).
  • domain:skills: the published skills/** is a governed surface, and it stays a lane.
  • domain:tooling: 1 historical card, last touched 10-02.

The change (ruling 甲)

After the change, objectui has two lanes:

  • domain:ui: all objectui code.
    • The published library and apps/*.
    • packages/types, the schema corpus and the spec-pin coupling.
    • .github/, scripts/, the build and release pipeline and the gate tools.
    • Docs, which follow the surface they document.
  • domain:skills: the published skills/**.

domain:cloud stays a parking label, not a lane, unchanged. domain:spec, domain:devx and domain:tooling retire in objectui only. objectstack's lanes are untouched. #24907, the objectstack domain:server merge, is a separate and still-parked card.

Platform first is unchanged: the protocol is still objectstack's domain:spec. A cross-layer feature keeps rule 2 (a parent plus per-layer children, spec and backend first). Its objectui child is now domain:ui.

Surfaces (objectstack origin/main f7d740376d)

  1. .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/cross-repo-coordination.md:14–16, the 「三流」 lines: objectui cards go to two lanes, as above. The 「domain:devx(工程面)与 domain:spec(契约面)跨仓归各自车道」 line retires.
  2. references/lanes/ui.md:14: replace 「objectui 的 domain:devx 与 domain:spec 卡归各自跨仓车道,⛔ 不归本席」 with the seat's whole objectui scope. Add one line: protocol work stays objectstack domain:spec's, and the objectui half is a ui child.
  3. references/lanes/devx.md:8 and references/lanes/spec.md:13: delete the objectui scope lines.
  4. SKILL.md, the 多仓协调 text (if it names the devx / spec lanes' cross-repo pulls on objectui): restate it. ⛔ pnpm check:pm-skill-ratchet: a line added is paid for by a line deleted.
  5. scripts/pm/ensure-pm-labels.sh:470–484:
    • stop creating objectui domain:devx / domain:spec;
    • widen objectui domain:ui's description to the scope above;
    • state the retirement in the comment block.
      The existing objectui label objects for domain:devx, domain:spec and domain:tooling get a "retired, use domain:ui" description, or are deleted if the relay supports it. The dev measures which.
  6. scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjs H38 uses domain:devx @ objectui as a generic sibling-board seat fixture. Keep it or re-spell it, as the dev judges. It is a fixture, not a rule.

Already done by triage, in this act

  • The 4 open objectui domain:devx cards are re-laned to domain:ui: objectui#13260, objectui#13017, objectui#4806 and objectui#3592. None was assigned or in flight. objectui has 0 open domain:spec or domain:tooling cards.

Seat posts (the PR's landing step, or the seats themselves)

  • objectui#5748 (domain:devx @ objectui, os-warren, active) becomes a domain:ui @ objectui seat with the next free number. The seat-holder retitles it at its next round, and triage notifies it on the post.
  • objectui#10217 (domain:spec @ objectui, vacant) and objectui#10917 (domain:devx @ objectui · seat 2, vacant) close not_planned, citing this card.

Release: none. These are PM files only, so skip-changeset applies if nothing published changes.

    Claim: PM loop round 1 (card thread) · 2026-10-22T11:55Z · p1, tooling, domain:skills. Ruling 甲 (maintainer, 2026-10-22, quoted in the card body): objectui keeps two lanes, domain:ui and domain:skills; objectui domain:spec / domain:devx / domain:tooling retire in objectui only.
    Session: session_01FRiDG7bG4jkZL2tQKpJgGv (card thread of domain:skills seat 1, seat session session_0165fj9zYfUrt6ckcUgYBD5a)
    Account: os-bill (the seat's linked user; always the card's assignee)
    Branch: claude/project-thread-c7ly2a (from origin/main e5f194b, no commits of its own yet)
    Worktree: the card thread's own checkout
    Domain: domain:skills
    Seat: domain:skills#1 (seat post #7623)
    File surface: .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/cross-repo-coordination.md (the 三流 lines), references/lanes/ui.md, references/lanes/devx.md, references/lanes/spec.md (the objectui scope lines), scripts/pm/ensure-pm-labels.sh (the objectui label rows and their comment block), scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjs (the H38 sibling-board fixture, only if re-spelled). SKILL.md only if it names objectui's devx/spec cross-repo pulls — the seat's grep on origin/main 2919ddb found no such line, so expect zero edits there. skip-changeset (PM files only; the card's Release: none). (stop on breach; explain in the report)
    ⛔ Not in scope: objectstack's own lanes; domain:cloud; #24907 (domain:server, parked); the objectui seat posts (the seat handles them at landing, see below); any Tier H file.
    Container & model: M, mode:thread (the maintainer's word: one project thread per M-or-larger / p1 card), model: CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER (dispatch-gates.mjs --tier --repo objectstack-ai/objectstack at 2919ddb: "MANDATORY: … .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/SKILL.md ⇢ clause ① of the model-tiering ruling (narrowed to protocol semantics, 2026-08-20)"; the references and scripts/pm/** carry no mandate of their own, the tier is held for the whole card), effort: xhigh (p1). Governed surface .claude/** is Tier S: a CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER PASS record on the PR's head plus all-green checks, then the seat lands it; scripts/pm/** is the lane's own code face, reviewed by the seat at tier in the same record.
    Clause-②: no
    Metadata-protocol: none
    Responsibility: n/a — not a defect card (a maintainer ruling on lane vocabulary)
    Thread-read: none
    Serial constraints cleared: #25185 (in flight, domain:spec#2's card thread, branch claude/project-thread-4nzwyi, claim 6335635315) holds SKILL.md's claim template and backends, the references that name them, and os-dev.md; #25115 (queued, serial behind #25185) holds the same region. Neither touches the 三流 lines, the lane scope lines or the label script: ordinary concurrency, whichever lands second merges main. Re-checked before the first edit: git ls-remote origin claude/project-thread-4nzwyi answers edbe212; the open-PR list carries no PR on that branch yet; its diff from merge-base f7d7403 touches .claude/agents/os-dev.md, .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/SKILL.md, references/dispatch-runbook.md and references/execution-duties.md — none of this card's files.

    Tier S (.claude/** ×4, the two scripts/pm paths off the register). The seat lands it through the relay (pr_ready + automerge_enable) once every check-run on head db3b20594 is success or an expected skip (6 were in progress at the ACCEPT). The objectui seat-post acts this card names run at landing: the objectui#5748 retitle request and the objectui#10217 / objectui#10917 not_planned closes through the relay; the objectui label-object edits (retire domain:devx / domain:spec / domain:tooling by description or deletion, widen domain:ui's description) need a shell that mints the fleet identity, which this cloud seat cannot — handed to the first seat that can, and recorded here when done.
