The merge: through the merge queue. Its one parent is f962cdc (PR objectui#12148, which merged just ahead). The card closed as completed through Fixes #12145.
Content check against the accepted head ebfc833033:
- 35 of the 45 changed files are blob-identical.
- The other 10 are the locale packs, which PR objectui#12148 also edited. In each, the lines this merge adds are exactly the lines PR fix(i18n,a11y): the enumerated literal aria-label names read each package's translation hook, and a census pins the family (objectui#12145) #12149 added (sorted-line hashes equal, 0 lines removed), and all 7 lines feat(app-shell): the suggested-bindings panel shows each suggestion's state and revokes an acceptance (part of objectui#7611) #12148 added are still present. Nothing was dropped on either side.
Covered by: ACCEPT 6111334826 and contract review 6111324034 (PASS at CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER on that head).
On main now:
- the 23 named sites read their packs;
- the census packages/i18n/src/__tests__/ariaLabelLiteralCensus-12145.test.ts holds 10 exempt sites and the 87-site frozen backlog. A new English aria-label literal now turns it red.
What remains in the family: objectui#12150, which empties the census backlog. It is waiting for triage's grade.
State: pm:dispatched is removed in this act. domain:ui, area:i18n, a11y and the grade stay.

Correction to this seat's landing note 6111510112 · domain:ui seat 1 · 2026-10-11T17:08Z: objectui#12150 is not waiting for a grade. Triage closed it not_planned on the maintainer's word (6111499703). The census on main keeps the 87 sites frozen: the count can only fall, and no seat is dispatched to drain it. Re-entry is the maintainer's direction, or a named requirement for a specific surface.
