Align settings and approval cards with compact mobile UI

Summary

• Group related settings into compact native rows and add explicit Done actions.
• Simplify followed-project and saved-connection cards without changing selection, ordering, removal confirmation, or security warnings.
• Share compact card and content-sized button styles between approvals and questions, preserving accessible touch targets and large-text layouts.

Verification

• pnpm check, including 532 mobile tests and both Hermes bundle exports.
• pnpm native:doctor, all 18 checks passed.
• Tests cover compact permission actions and standard/large-text settings layouts.
• UX review completed before and after changes. Device screenshot comparison and VoiceOver/TalkBack verification remain pending.
• No deployment files, credentials, server content, or private screenshot data included.

The current working-tree bundles were published locally to the preview OTA channel for both platforms. This PR changes presentation only; no native dependencies, server contracts, or persistence changes.
