🛡️ Sentinel: Fix XSS protocol bypass in URL validation

🚨 Severity: HIGH
💡 Vulnerability: Simple prefix string comparisons for link validation allowed XSS payloads containing ASCII control characters or null bytes (e.g., java\x00script:alert(1)) to bypass protocol checks while remaining executable in browsers.
🎯 Impact: An administrator or attacker updating the announcement link field could inject executable JavaScript URLs.
🔧 Fix: Refactored validateLink in src/main.ts to strip control characters/null bytes ([\x00-\x1F\x7F]) and validate using the standard URL constructor to strictly enforce http:, https:, or / relative URLs.
✅ Verification: Added unit tests in src/url.test.ts covering valid and obfuscated/malicious links. Executed bun test, bun run check, and bun run build.
