Close Markets to remove Locked SOL

I know this project is dead, but I really think there should be one last push to create a feature that allows users to close dead markets.

There is so much SOL locked in dead markets on openbook v1, as each market costed 3 SOL and there are thousands and thousands.

Are there any active developers in this community?

I think there may be another approach besides closing the markets.

With Solana’s recent rent reduction, many existing OpenBook V1 market accounts may now hold excess SOL above the new rent-exempt minimum.

Could we instead add a reclaim instruction that allows the original market creator to withdraw only the excess SOL, while keeping the market active?
