Pass an empty opensiddur_ai_ref unless a manual run sets one, so the reusable workflow validates a PR against a same-named opensiddur-ai branch when one exists, and main otherwise. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
