Using registries.conf.d path will help to set up container provider registry

CentOS 10 uses different network interface naming conventions than CentOS 9. This adds CS10 support for podified multinode EDPM deployments on CRC platform. CentOS 10 uses a different network interface naming convention than CentOS 9. This change adds CentOS 10 support for podified multinode EDPM deployments on the CRC platform while accounting for the interface naming differences.
For CS10, we need to use current dlrn repo so that we can install required packages on the bootstrap node.
Below are the list of changes it adds:
Add new scenario files for centos-10 (base, multinode-ci, and horizon configurations)
Create base job cifmw-podified-multinode-edpm-base-crc-centos-10 for CentOS 10 EDPM deployments
Add deployment job podified-multinode-edpm-deployment-crc-centos-10 with appropriate Zuul configuration
Add two nodesets for CentOS 10: single compute and 3-compute configurations for cyborg testing
Update project templates to include the new CentOS 10 EDPM deployment job
Update cifmw_controller_interface_name default to use ansible_default_ipv4.interface for dynamic interface detection in multinode-customizations.yml
Add DATAPLANE_NETWORK_INTERFACE_NAME variable to compute facts to pass the detected interface name to EDPM deployment
