Can't exclude user profile pages

Am I missing something here. I put user.php and /user and /user/ and the user pages are still getting cached. Any ideas?

In current release the exclude list is FILE based so user.php is ok.
Is the list comma separated? I.e. "," ?

login.php,search.php,signup.php,upgrade,add,search,fpw.php,user.php

I see there's no user.php?xxx but SEF url, this has to be implemented.
Will try to work on it.
