Beanflow is an agent skill for delivering an audited Epic through Milestones and Tasks. It uses the Beans CLI, Git, and the host's agent tools.
The skill defines planning, implementation, verification, review, and acceptance. Run records keep progress on the Epic and recover accepted work from Git history.
See Codex setup for the local installation. No MCP server, hook, Node dependencies, or build is required. Other hosts need their own role mapping and agent dispatch instructions. Prepared plans remain unstarted until authorized.
