Workflow pages say when the platform credential has expired (#359)
On a deployment whose platform credential had expired, the Workflows tab and its Settings section showed only "internal error": a failed
pwcall raised a plain error, which the sanitizing handler hides. Every platform call behind those pages now goes through one wrapper that turns a CLI failure into a deliberate error. An expired or rejected credential answers 401 with what to do (add a personal platform API key under Settings, Model access, or renew the deployment credential); anything else answers 502 with the CLI's first line, timestamp removed. The run route keeps the raw CLI text, since the workspace retry recognizes a stopped workspace by it. One new test; all server and web tests pass.
