Open conversation in the chat rail has no edge bar (#367)
The open conversation in the chat rail was marked with a tinted background, a bold title, and a 3px accent bar on its leading edge (added in v1.68 when the package's own mark was too faint). The bar is removed in both themes; the tint and the bold title remain, so the row is a rounded pill like the rest of the rail. Checked in headless Chrome: no box-shadow on the active row in light or dark, the tint unchanged.
