- Bump `package.json` and `package-lock.json` from 0.6.0 to 0.7.0 - Fold `## [Unreleased]` into `## [0.7.0] — 2026-09-26` in CHANGELOG.md and restore an empty `[Unreleased]` scaffold - Link definitions: [Unreleased] → compare/v0.7.0...HEAD; add [0.7.0] Pipeline artifacts: .dev/features/release-0-7-0/ (PLAN, GRILL, REGRESSION, VERIFY, REVIEW, SHIP). Floor verdicts: validate=0, regress=no-regressions, verify=PASS. GATE 1 and GATE 2 decided by the model under the maintainer's delegation of 2026-09-25.
