Release PR: a version pin with no behavior change of its own. Refs PHNX-4291. This ships #62: the horizon policy in create, plus linear goals.

What changed

Verification

  • python3 -m unittest → Ran 267 tests … OK (skipped=4). VersionMatchesChangelogTest passes with 0.26.0.
  • sha256sum linear → ca2b69e0cb14ca6b305c20c6d329d86298b7f680fc15c4f4776180581097f64c. That equals the pin in install.sh, and equals the raw file fetched from this branch on GitHub.

After merge: tag v0.26.0 on the merge commit, publish the GitHub release, run install.sh, and check the installed linear --version and linear goals --json.

…r goals

Pins install.sh and README to v0.26.0; EXPECTED_SHA256 is the checksum of the bumped linear file. (PHNX-4291)

Independent review (code-reviewer subagent, non-author): APPROVE. No findings.

  • Same shape as the last release: 4 files changed, matching the v0.25.0 release (1712b1f).
  • Checksum pin: sha256sum linear equals the EXPECTED_SHA256 at install.sh:11 (ca2b69e0…f64c).
  • No stray pins: the only 0.25.0 left is the historical CHANGELOG heading.
  • Tests: python3 -m unittest → Ran 267 tests, OK (skipped=4).
