The limits section of extending.md said what docmd bounds and nothing about what the engine withholds. It now says that a stylesheet asking for the environment is answered nothing, that the answer holds while the stylesheet compiles only from PhoenixmlDb.Xslt 2.8.0, and that the same release is what makes the read rule hold at compile time: xsl:import used to open its file before the policy was consulted. So the read rule has an engine floor, and the canary in EnginePremiseTests is what guards it. Two smaller repairs. The 2.7.0 changelog entry ended "Tracked separately ... not something a pin bump fixes", while the same Unreleased section now carries the fix under Fixed; one clause points there. And defect 4 of deferred-work.md names the 2.8.0 floor its read rule needs. Documentation only. Documentation only, finishing the piece I held back until #51 and #54 were both in. Three edits:
