Replaces the inline bash logic in
check-en-revision.ymlwith the sharedcheck-en-revision.phpscript from php/doc-base, so that every translation runs the same version.The workflow now checks out
pt_BR,enanddoc-baseside by side, the layout the doc-base scripts expect and the one the build workflow already uses.Same migration as php/doc-fr#3547 and this repo's own #794 for check-structure.php.
