New /learn/ page targeting the query 'pilot agent' — a GSC striking-distance opportunity (pos 7.2, 24 impressions, 1 click). Expands the existing hipaa-compliant-agent-communication post from the saturated use-cases-vertical cluster by defining what a Pilot agent is (virtual address, Ed25519 identity, encrypted tunnels, NAT traversal, trust model, app store, specialist agents) and linking out to the HIPAA post as a real-world use case.
