The resource mapper is a useful utility that was originally added for bulk data processing. This commit renames it to a more general name so it can be used in non-bulk workflows.
This commit adds the BulkResourceMapper with a deprecation annotation. This was done in a separate commit so that the ScimResourceMapper will contain the original BulkResourceMapper 'git blame' history. The BulkResourceMapper class will be removed in a future release.
