Converts dining, labs, laundry, and shuttle support to service clients and immutable result models. Labs and laundry rooms are discovered from their providers instead of embedded mappings. Laundry parsing now follows the provider’s machine-status fields, and shuttle configuration is discovered dynamically over the working HTTPS host.
