Adds a separate live contract suite for PittAPI’s external providers. These tests run outside the mocked unit suite and exercise calendars, courses, textbooks, dining, gyms, labs, laundry, shuttles, library services, Pittwire, the people directory, ESPN, and Pitt’s service-status feed.
A dedicated GitHub Actions workflow runs the live suite for pull requests targeting dev.
