Summary

  • add the repository Project Contract and GitHub tracker/domain routing
  • make AI workflow controls verifiable through the complete harness
  • include workflow control documents in sanitized harness audits
  • document the harness architecture in both READMEs and the repository structure guide

Verification

  • make verify
  • 69 deterministic tests passed
  • HARNESS_VERIFICATION_STATUS=complete
  • repository setup validation passed
  • feature-level Standards review: 0 findings
  • feature-level Spec review: 0 findings

Limitations

  • Real Docker and Multipass integrations were not exercised.
  • A real Codex harness audit was not invoked; its sanitized input seam was tested deterministically.
