Summary

• Add chien-dev update to compare the running Git installation with canonical GitHub main.
• Require interactive confirmation and a clean, fast-forwardable local main checkout before updating.

• Update CLI help, English and Traditional Chinese READMEs, and project structure documentation.

Verification

• make verify passed and emitted HARNESS_VERIFICATION_STATUS=complete.
• All 15 isolated CLI update integration tests passed.
• git diff --check passed.
• Standards and Spec reviews passed with no findings.

Limitations

• The update tests use isolated local Git fixtures rather than a live GitHub update.
• Real Docker and Multipass integrations were not exercised.
