Multiple fixes to make_fself.py, mainly:

• ElfError to ElfException.
• Catch Exception, not just anything.
• PT_SCE_RELA is a number, not a tuple.
• Do not print ptype when it is None.
• Ensure val is initialized with the same type.
• Ensure correct calculation through explicit precedence.
• Use section size to read the section, instead of the program header size.
• etc.

These changes fit better in a repo with proper fake safe signing tool, this repo is just a simple example that works with static linking

I did, and the file is nowhere to be found on either branches. I found it in the history, but it's not present currently. Does that mean it is not needed anymore? Or is it somewhere else?
