Output in Fahrenheit

I would like to output my data in Fahrenheit. I know this "temperature = temperature * 9/5.0 + 32" has to be somewhere, any help would be great.

Probably want to insert the conversion at about line 85 before it prints it out and before it gives it to the node to publish.
