This PR prepares stable 0.1.0 package metadata only. It does not create or authorize a tag, release, crate publication, deployment, or merge.

Summary

• Bumps paykit-server and paykit-server-e2e from 0.1.0-rc16 to 0.1.0.
• Updates only the two matching local package entries in Cargo.lock; dependency resolution is unchanged.
• Both packages remain publish = false.
• No runtime logic, dependency, migration, or documentation changes.

Reviewed the version bump. The manifest and lockfile changes agree, both packages remain unpublished, and dependency resolution is unchanged. Local formatting and locked metadata checks passed. I also checked the CI diagnostics for this head, including Clippy, server tests and PostgreSQL E2E. No issues found. The existing dependency on #104 still applies.
