Fixes #628

Changes

Replace the repeated yarn install --force workflow with Yarn's yarn link commands for local development with plots2.
Document rebuilding the Editor bundle and restoring the registry dependency afterward.

Verification

git diff --check passed.
Documentation-only change; code tests were not run.
