Adds the menu ISMU was missing and makes the button gestures identical to TOBC-DIN,
so a driver moving between the two devices does not feel the difference in UX/UI.
Gestures. Single presses only, 400 ms apart. No long presses, no button
combinations. MENU on the status screen opens
