首页原先同时铺开检查、设置和维护入口，用户难以找到下一步。现在按「确认地区与时区 → 一键检测 → 问题和修复方案 → 持久化守护」组织主页面；所有问题摘要直接可见，缺少的必需证据仍需补齐。账号、工具、全部检查和历史保留在“更多功能”。
地区预设扩充为 247 个国家和地区、417 个城市/时区，使用固定版本 CLDR 的 Windows / IANA 映射及别名，保留旧预设 ID 和手动目标。修复预览合并地区与 Code 配置，确认后执行并复检；Code 配置完善严格绑定已测量的选择范围，保留原文件、其他字段和恢复记录。
验证：677 项 Python 测试完成（5 项平台跳过），16 项 JavaScript 测试通过；21 套隔离浏览器操作流程覆盖首次使用、检查、修复、账号、守护和高级工具。Windows 独立包已通过窗口、托盘、重开、退出与备份/临时浏览器验收，未进行真实 Claude 登录或修改本机环境。已目视检查 1024/1280/1440 桌面截图，并检查 wheel、第三方许可、固定源码完整性和敏感文件排除。
