#248 was merged at the moment this commit was pushed, so the entry describing 0.9.2 landed on the branch but not on develop. One docs-only commit, no code.

Merge this before opening the release pull request. Without it, develop would ship 0.9.2 with no changelog entry of its own, and the release notes are drawn from that section.
