Website: retire Learn, correct stale pinned references - #405
Merged

Conversation
Remove /learn/, its navigation entry, homepage and roadmap promotion, the learn-concept media slot and sitemap/llms.txt entries. Add an audited editorial correction overlay for release-pinned references and use it for the Context Modules release status and the private project link in CONTRIBUTING. Fix both canonical documents for future releases.
