with_model's Test::Unit callbacks create models before ordinary setup, so establish SQLite while loading the test helper before enabling the integration. Add the released development dependency and convenience entrypoint without changing the existing database or model setup. Later stack layers can use the lifecycle without duplicating this prerequisite. #110

The upper stack layers exercise that lifecycle through fixture_builder's real behavior tests rather than testing
with_modelitself.
