When running
react-scriptson Node 17+ (which uses OpenSSL 3.0), the build and dev server crash because Webpack 5 natively defaults to themd4hash algorithm, which is unsupported in OpenSSL 3.0.This PR sets
hashFunction: 'xxhash64'in the Webpack output configuration, which is extremely fast and avoids the need for the--openssl-legacy-providerflag workaround.
