I request a NotNonInfinity type which would also disallow infinity,
as inifnity is also often not desired.
Edit: Or maybe a NumberStrict<T> type which gets rid of all weird behaviour.
-0.00 becomes 0.00 by adding +0.00 to every operation.
Infinity panics.
NaN panics.
