The two dashboard PRs (Heisenberg PI bars, suffixed P3 name classification) deployed fine — the live page already serves the new scripts — but neither bumped the footer's version/ET timestamp as the footer rule requires. This sets Dashboard v2 | 2026-09-06 11:32 ET. No functional change.
