Adds OTLP HTTP/protobuf usage logs, correlated traces and GenAI metrics for HTTP and WebSocket inference. Trusted X-User-Id and X-Api-Key-Id attribute requests without exporting credentials or prompt content. Missing usage remains explicit and cache/reasoning tokens are not added twice.

Validation: 13 unit tests, 3 catalog tests and 55 gateway tests passed (6 optional client tests skipped). Full workspace and official-client checks run in CI.

Deployment: publish the tested image, then pin its digest in the companion Talos usage configuration.

Why: Attribute model token usage to verified users and expose usage details in Grafana.

How: Export usage logs, spans and GenAI metrics over OTLP; consume trusted generic identity headers and track HTTP and WebSocket inference outcomes.
