The Prettier job failed on the PR merge commit, not on the branch: main's "Apply CI Prettier formatting" collapsed union types that Prettier 3.8.1 expands, so merging main reintroduced unformatted code. Reapply Prettier to the merged result. The quickstart test asserted against the home page, but / redirects to /basics/replay-qa/overview, so its locators could never resolve.
