The entry said the KPI reads "my repositories", and the App was installed on the whole robertblust organization, so the weekly object also carried xiny, cdo-server and cdo-web, none of them a family member. The entry now says the App reads the family's repositories in robertblust and is installed on those alone, and What it can hide names what that costs: a new family repository counts only once it is added to the installation. Verified: `npx -y github:companygraph/meta-model#v0.88.0 check`, `sh conventions/conventions-check` and `sh conventions/conventions-format check` passed, and the KPI schema's writing rules were read against the change. The entry for Merges Past Their Checks said the weekly workflow reads "my repositories", and the KPI App was installed on the whole robertblust organization, so the object for 2026-W40 also carried robertblust/xiny (archived, listed as unread), cdo-server and cdo-web, none of which is a member of the family in conventions' REPOSITORIES.md. The entry now says the App reads the family's repositories in robertblust and is installed on those alone.
What it can hide gains the cost of that choice: a family repository the App is not installed on is never read, so a new member counts only once it is added to the installation.
The installation itself is changed by the owner in the organization's settings (GitHub Apps, the KPI App, Repository access, only the six members); until then the entry is ahead of what the workflow reads. W40's counts do not move, since its one bypass was in mental-model.
