I care about software that is well designed, tested and easy to maintain. That means a clear project structure, well-applied design patterns, disciplined Git history and versioning, CI that catches problems early, and observability in production so errors surface before users report them.
AI coding agents are part of my daily workflow, and I use them the way I'd use any good tool: I own the architecture and the decisions, give the agents the context they need, and review everything they write before it ships.
