ROOST Community Office Hours

It's been raised a few times that we could use a ROOST-wide community office hours that's less focused on specific projects and more oriented towards both introducing/onboarding folks, answering questions, and discussing wider community topics such as governance.

We should do it! We need to determine at least:

• Cadence to start
• Scheduling (day/time), including whether to do an alternating A/B time slot for coverage
• When the first one should be!

I'm looking to start holding this opposite of the Osprey Working Group, which is currently fortnightly on Fridays. However, the current Osprey time has a conflict with Discord folks who have team syncs in that slot, so it may be an hour or two later than that time slot… still working it out.
